its hard to call Sorcery! a game, more of a interactive book. Everythings great, except its kinda short for such price (thats why i gave it )4 stars. Waiting for the next chapter! Keep up the good work!

The game is too short for its price, you dont even reach the nearest city and almost nothing interesting happens on the way. Im really disappointed.

2 hours of playing to finish it.. Not bad game, but way too short and un-replayable..

More Sorcery and more Fighting Fantasy!!!

If you are hesitating over the price, this game has no in app advertisements, purchases, or nagging to review like many other games do. This is like a choose your own adventure novel (which is what its based on I hear. They were never available locally when I was younger. ). But the fighting has an element of strategy. You must read the text on the screen or you will have trouble figuring what to do. Spells are your friend. I recommend replaying several times. Rewind when you want to see what other choices there are and when you have the option to be kind, do so. It Will help you in part 2. Theyre releasing part 3 and 4 later this year.

This game is amazing your choices carry over into the sequels so you could replay the first over and over and get a total of 18 different endings Ive noticed so far... Cant wait for number three

I like this kind of game. However, there were two serious flaws in Sorcery. First, many of the choices all led to the same result, and I felt railroaded. I would never try this in a scenario I was GMing. Secondly, and even worse, for $5, the game was way, WAY too short. For my $5 I expect a minimum of 25-30 hours of play, but I completed it in less than 4 hours. Not a good deal at all. I can not recommend this game.

Was an OK game. Not action packed or graphic rich like the 5 star reviews claim. Reading and decision making, just like the choose your fate books of the past with the addition of sliding your finger to engage in a battle. If youre a slow reader the game may take 6-8 hours. If you catch on quick, 3-5. The cost was steep, but the amount of hype put into the reviews made it seem worth while (hmmmm). Glad I did not purchase part 2 or 80 days. Kept me busy for about 2 hours on two consecutive nights. Cheaper than going to an over-priced over-hyped movie.
